It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like . . .
Yes, it's only the beginning of November, but many of us are looking ahead to Christmas. And we want to give you a chance to share your Christmas memories with the St. Leo Community.
The display case in the church vestibule will be festooned with happy Christmas memories, and you can be a part of the fun. Just write your remembrances of family or St. Leo Christmases past and either drop them off at the Rectory or send them to sabolj@aol.com. Remember that photos will be more than welcome.
So don't be a Scrooge, and take this chance to relive memorable Christmas traditions from your family. If you have any questions, call John or Jeanne Sabol at 216 351 6247.
The Malachi Center (W. 25th St. & Detroit Ave.) provides year-round assistance to homeless men and women. This Christmas, we’re collecting reusable plastic or canvas grocery bags filled with new personal care and essential items.

Ladies, all ages, no matter where you are in your faith journey, join us at our next Meeting: L.I.F.T meeting on Wednesday November 11th, 2026 at 6:30pm in the Parish Center. We are meeting to connect and LIFT each other up as we grow our relationship with God and learn to live more intentionally and prayerfully in our Journeys as women of the faith. Please note: The themes of each meeting do not build on each other— so if you cannot make every meeting, don’t let that keep you from joining us when you can!
Our Mass intention and Sanctuary Candle Request for 2027 will open on Thursday, September 10, 2026 after morning Mass at 9:00am. 1 Weekend Mass and 1 Weekday or 2 Weekdays will be accepted requests at this time. There is a stipend of $10 each Mass. A Sanctuary Candle Request runs for 2 weeks and is $10. Limit 1 per year. At the beginning to the new year we will allow for additional Masses to be requested. The initial limit is a courtesy so that everyone has a chance at the dates they prefer. Please remember, God surpasses all time—the importance and blessing is that Mass is being celebrated, no matter the date/time.

Faith Formation breaks for the Summer, but sessions will pick back up in the Fall. Be sure to get your child signed up by the end of August to be enrolled into the program. Those with our Parish school who are making Sacrament in 2027 (communion or Confirmation) are required to attend Sundays.
