(nee Cregg), age 84, born March 4, 1936, Patricia Ann Chopka (nee Cregg ) Born March 4, 1936, entered into rest on Sunday, January 3, 2021 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease. Beloved wife of Andrew for 64 Glorious years; loving mother of Kari Kepic (Joe), Andy Chopka and Dave Chopka(Mary); proud Grandmother of Joe Kepic (Sarah), Amanda Kepic, Jason Kepic(Laura), Sarah Chopka, Aaron Chopka, Arielle Williams (Cory) and Meridith Chopka; dearest Great Grandmother of Grayson and Briar Kepic; Aunt and dear friend to many. Patricia was born in Cleveland and was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She was a member of St. Leo the Great Parish for 54 years. She was an active member of the Isabella Guild of the Brooklyn Parma Knights of Columbus and had spent many years assisting her husband Andrew, with the many tasks of hosting events such as the Childrens Christmas parties and many of the other membership activities. More than anything else, Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family and sharing with them her kind and giving personality traits for all to learn from. She will be deeply missed by all. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at St. Leo the Great Parish, 4940 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, OH 44109. The Family will receive any visitors from 10:00-10:45 am with the Mass starting at 11:00 am. We understand at this time how difficult it may be for you to join us in person, just know that we care about you and encourage your safety. Masks and social distancing are required if you choose to join us.
